What is a good way to ensure that your body can handle toxins and other chemicals well enough, so you dont get sick?

We are talking about how your BODY as a system can handle the situations and not single organs.

In order to become stronger to harmful toxins, the body must come into contact with small doses and realise whats going on.

So eating only healthy food the entire time might cause a weaker overall body defense then someone who eats atleast once a weak something ‚unhealthy‘.

It is like injecting a toxin in your body for training. Without training against diseases, the body becomes faster ill over small things.

The balance is key! Trying to eat always healthy may increase a weak defense against a lot of problems inside the body when it comes to bacteria and else.

Note that the body is not able to defend against everything and that you shouldnt eat toxic plants or chemicals just to train your system. Instead, take a bath in mud or walk barefoot – this will help not to only keep your cold feet warm, but to slowly adapt to enviromental changes.

A trick to help your back pain

Hello there,

Today i will tell you one easy and probably the best way to solve your spine pain, but first a little explanation.

Often the pain becomes unbearable when the muscles spasm and wont relax anymore. A spasmed muscle than puts pressure on the nerves or only on one big nerve which starts to shoot like electricity to your legs or arms and fingers.

Now first of, when something across your neck or lower back starts an electric pain, go to a doctor and do a MRT (Magnetic Resonance Tomography) to ensure that your Intervertebral discs are okay.

If they are not, than this technique will only take away the pain for a certain time because the stability of your spine is damaged and so the pressure of your body will be carried more by the muscles which overtime, causes the same problem if your habits of your daily life arent changed (start to do sport).

But i have to say, in some cases in my therapy sessions, the discs got somehow healed after we did over 45 sessions, so dont be discouraged!

Anyway, if your discs are fine and you only got spasms along your entire body, this trick will help you out!

So here’s what you’ll do:

You either go to the beach or somewhere you can find – light -spikey and rounded rocks. Take 6 of them home, they dont need to be big. After cleaning, lay yourself on the floor or somewhere hard. Now you place the rocks on those points where your highest pain appears. Note that you never should place them directly on your spine but on your muscles!

The first 5 minutes will be hell! The harder your spasms, the more pain will appear – the deeper you go. After few minutes those pain points inside your muscles will dissapear and the healing process will start overnight.

What this trick does is: By pressuring the trigger points in your muscles, your brain starts to notice a change inside the area (the pressure and pain in this case) and sends out signals to relax it. After you let go of those points, they will not spasm again for the day until you work or do some stupid stuff that you shouldnt do like moving heavy objects and so on.

This trick can be done on all muscle points in your entire body and trust me, it will help you out a lot and you wont need chiropractics.

Do this daily and your pain will become less and lesser but be aware that it might cause double or tripple pain in the first days because your body doesnt unterstand completely what you did there. It will be treated like a wound and become a wound if you put too much pressure on it (rather like a blue dot), so regulate the pressure you put on yourself by moving up and down and trying different poses.

And one more thing, do it maximum 30 minutes daily and dont overdo it + dont try to work because your body will already work with the stuff you just did, otherwise the therapy will take longer.

„Okay.. i will answer correctly… As you had told us, we opened the gate of the fourth dimension by your order and went inside while we already heard the monsters from the other side bu-..“ – Agent of DS organisation.

„Wait you want to tell us that there were sounds of monsters after opening the gate ?“

„Yes, it was a loud sound and we all heard it“

„Than tell us Mr. Narkroth, why didnt we heard anything from up here with our sounds sensors?“

„What do mean you didnt heard anything ?? It was loud and clear, couldnt you see that we hesitated to go through the gate and reported to you as soon as it happend ?“

„Mr. Narkroth, let us show you a small video of what happend before the gate and no, you didnt reported anything..“

She tells the special agents to show him the video. A laptop was placed infront of him and the video was played.

The longer he saw what was going on, the more he began to shake in fear.

„Narkroth … do you understand our concern now ?“

„What the hell is this video?! This is not what happend damn it! I tried to back them up and to contact you but you told us through the microphones that this situation is alright. So we went inside and the gates closed!“

Suddenly the super agent and the special agents gathered and hit the desk hard with both hands saying „DO YOU WANT TO FOOL US ? WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOURE SAYING ? YOU WILL BRING THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IN A CELL IF YOU LIE“

The pulse of Mr. Narkroth inscreased and he began to hyperventilate „S-S-STOP YOUR BULLSHIT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! IAM NOT LYING!!“

„Than tell us this mister Narkroth“ – The agents show the video of his return ..alone..

„WHAT IS THIS ??? WHY IS THE GATE RED ??“

„We checked your status before you entered back in this room Mr. Narkroth… The test told us that you are not the same Narkroth we knew. In other words, whoever you might be and what you did to the others will be brought out of you!“

„W-WAIT WHAT ?! IAM ME! NOTHING HAPPEND! IAM HERE! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?“ – he screams at the agents.

But in this very moment, the agents began to laugh loud.

..“Wha..What is this BULLSHIT OF YOURS!!?“

The agents just laughed even louder ..

„Come on Narkroth .. dont you think that it was funny ? We were just playing. We needed to test you just to be sure that it was you. Once you entered the world of the dead, you can easily be replaced and something else can take your body over. It was neccessary! We apologise“ – said the super agent a bit laughingly.

„FUCKING UNTIE ME …assholes.“ said Narkroth angry.

Before they untied him, „Well Mr. Narkroth, the question of freeing your hands is negative!“

„WHA..WHAT THE HELL ??“

As he was trying to move, the agents placed another video in front of him.

„Watch it … you scum“ .. said the super agent.

As he watched the video, the face of Narkroth changed into something different … Into a face of a demon of those worlds.. His face bruised and cur and blood flowing down its head.. Everyone would be terryfied to witness such a thing.

„We are done here… Lets send the message“ – the agent blew a shot into its head and threw the body back into the rift.

The other agents were completely shocked that the super agent knew that nobody was the same after returning from that dimension.

The agents asked „Sir.. How did you knew that he wasnt the one who he said he was?“

„I got sharp instincts…“ – said the Super Agent of the DS- unit and only survivor of an earlier expedition of three people, while his eyes glew red behind the agents.

The Monster of SCP

SCP’s Monster

The SCP organisation was a secret military advancing unit which was operating undercover without the knowledge of any other governmental party.

SCP stood for Secure.Calm.Patient and was created due to the experiments of a special kind of being.

The only one who knew we existed was the president of the US. No one ever allowed to leave the station because we had a project which went wrong for all of SCP.

Our team of scientists were the best of the world and their knowledge was needed to contain the failure of the experimental project.

We had caused a dimensional rift between our world and another. The problem was that whatever we did, it wasnt closing and after a short time, a being came to our world which closed the rift.

But our problems were just beginning…

The being which had entered was constantly screaming. First we shot it but our bullets had no effect and it killed ten of our people until we managed to capture it with our high dense quantum cube (HDQC). The cube was built for such cases but for whatever reason which we didnt knew in the first place, the being showed radiating activity inside the cube. It seemed like it was mad whenever we saw its face.. It was a long and boney, gray colored being with an ugly face you couldnt dream of.

Even with the quantum cube, it was nearly uncontrollable so we shot down our inside cameras and for our surprise, the screaming and destruction of the cube had stopped. We had found out that this thing was killing everything which had seen its face. It didnt mattered if you saw it on a foto or on a screen, it always knew and the person or animal had to die.

Short after it stopped the rampage, another signal appeared from inside the cube and it kicked one wall open and ran to the secure room of our scientists which were killed immediatly. It picked them up one by one and ate their heads. We only could see the dead bodys without looking at that thing, otherwise we would be dead too. So we closed our eyes and looked down while slowly moving through the halls to recapture it inside another cube.

Strangely the being didnt attacked us at all. It just stood there…. No movement or voice, not even when we came close to it. Seing its body was okay it seemed so we opened our door to the next chamber and made further tests to lure it inside the second cube.

To lure it, we needed it to chase and go inside the cube but the problem was rather how. The first time we had captured it was because we used a soldier as bait and he had nowhere to run except to the cube which led to his death.

We needed another bait but this time we used an animal, a rat. We made a photo with extreme caution and held the rat on it and in this very moment we threw it inside the cube and closed our eyes while burning the foto. The thing went inside the cube and we closed it. It worked and we all were very relieved about the situation. Inside this cube, no one could ever see it because there was no camera and we could do our tests.

The testing stage had begun.

The creature was unimaginable resistent against any kind of damage. We first tried to burn it, than freeze it to death but all was useless. Gas and acid wouldnt work either and so we used gamma rays. Gamma rays itself would kill everything in an instant but it didnt worked either, atleast we thought so.

After a while of testing, the radiation inside the chamber began to skyrocket and it broke out again, crushing through the entire building and running straight to an unknown area. Our units took off with the attack helicopters and traced it with a live camera to the base. Fortunatly we were in the desert but it was fast and reached an outpost station were people lived.

We had no idea why it broke out and started running but after it has killed the village, we had found a foto of its face and now, it was hunting us.

We never imagined that anybody had taken a foto of him ever before and if, how was he not running after it sooner?

Not knowing the answers it attacked us on the spot and the foto was destroyed.

After it had killed me, atleast we all thought that i was dead, the creature fell on the ground and blood dripped out of its body and bruises built along side it. Had our gamma ray beam taken effect on the creature or what did happen?

A short while after, the doctors managed to rebuilt half of my head which was crushed by the creature. But why would they go this far for me ? They did not rebuilt anybody back except me and enough that i could speak as well.

After the rebuilt, doctors and high rank military officers came into the room together with all the members of the SCP and told me:

„I hope you feel well, thanks to you the creature was successfully killed“

I asked slowly „H- How?“

„After the creature died next to you, our scientists had discovered that your blood was highly containing sugar. For whatever reason, the creature passed something into your blood stream while it was crushing your head and we found that the body structure of the being was allergic to sugar. This means it died because of your blood“

I was speechless because i couldnt believe that sugar was the solution and asked „So you rebuilt my head to say thank you?“

„No .. dont you wonder how you can speak already and move your head? It is because of the thing which the creature passed onto you“

As they said it, i became afraid and knew what they meant with this.. I was about to become the next test subject of the SCP. But before anything else, they passed me a mirror and as i saw my face, i began to scream …

In todays blog we discuss what happens when you meditate under drugs.

This is not a blog to say that drugs should be used in any way but in measure!

To begin with, drugs such as Meth or heroin shouldnt be used at all! Neither any of the „hard“ drugs which cause brain damage and so on.

Meditating under psychedelics such as Mushrooms or LSD will first of cause yourself a faster and more concentrated view of things. Second of all, you will be able to faster relax and to move out of your body very quickly.

Every sense will be more active and your consciousness might be clearer as well. But be aware, if the dose is too high, you might get kicked out of your body as soon as you lay down and this can cause horror trips because you were unprepared!

A „drug“ such as Salvia Divinorum – a psychedelic plant might transport you to your greatest fear in a whole different world were you trap yourself for several hours. This plant is not meant for meditating and needs prepare for weak minded people! Why am i saying this ? Because the things you will see causes insane ups and down if you never had any experience with mind altering chemicals.

As for my experiences with Marijuana and meditation, i would say that this is probably the best way to do it. It calms you why sharpens the sense (atleast it does for me) and relaxes the body just as needed to get a smooth out of body experience. It does not throw you out like an overdose of LSD, a small dose of DMT or Salvia Divinorum.

The higher the dose, the more likely you wont meditate and rather fall asleep/get a bad trip etc.

DMT, LSD and Salvia shouldnt be used for any kind of meditation except a small dose of LSD. These chemicals will immediatley work in the first inhalation.

Extra: When you use drugs to meditate, you will get a faster progress than a normal session of meditation because the senses and functions of the brain wont be limited anymore. So this can be really useful for greater spiritual experiences.

My mother is weird in the night..

A horror story of my mother

Every night i get closed away either from my own room or down to the basement.

Often i hear loud noises and weird sounds across the house when it gets dark.

My mother doesnt believe me when i tell her that i see monsters in the house, so she gets mad and locks me up until dawn.

Iam scared almost every night…

They come always closer and closer i felt.

Just a few nights before i was locked again down in our basement. The lights were on but it still was dark for a reason and i used my flashlight to move. I was trying to open the door but i never managed to do so..ever.

Mom was always behind me when i tried to open it and screamed loud that i felt unconscious. It was always a nightmare… I didnt understood how she could stay in the dark behind me without opening the door. I only knew that she hated the night and that i would get two days of basement if i would turn it ever on.

On that one night in the basement i had turned the lights on because i was so scared and the next thing i knew, she would stay in front of me and scream louder while she hit me with her claws.. After thst night, i was locked inside her room.

The place i could never visit was suddenly my prison… She had a collection of blood in a bowl and several heads from children hanging in the room. I puked because i was disgusted but after that i heard her laughing loud. As i stepped slowly backwards with my flash light on, i felt a breath in my neck and when i turned around, a mannequin figure was behind me with a bride smile. Its mouth was bloody and it just stood there while i was paralyzed in fear. While i catched myself back and looked at it, i was trying to get out of the room but the mannequin was following me whenever i turned my back on it.

Every time it was coming closer and i was panicking and hitting the door to open… Suddenly it did open and mother was staying in front of it but i ran out and pushed the lights on.

Again there was a horrible scream … a scream that a human couldnt possibly bring out. I rushed upstairs but the door closed on its own. So i took the crowbar on the left door side and for some reason i knew that she would be right behind me, i struck with all my fear and desperation on her head…

Blood was hitting the ceiling and she fell down stairs. I was in shock because i had killed my mother but my fear was too high and i desperately needed to run away from this place. The door was suddenly open and it was day time.

I stormed out of the house and screamed for help. Soon the police and the ambulance arrived but when i had told them my story, the police officers looked at each other and told me something which left me in fear until today..

My mother had died two weeks before in a car accident and it was all in the news but they couldnt find anybody in the house when they came to search for relatives of the family.

Whatever was in the house, it was not mother and when the police searched every corner, nothing was found except a crowbar smashed into a mannequins head in the basement…

I was horrified of what had happend and how i couldnt know any of this. While i talked shakingly to the officers i watched at the house and saw mother again with the crowbar still in her head, smiling at me.

I screamed loud and pointed with my finger to the direction while i fell unconscious.

Wie kann man sich mit 3 Übungen relativ fit halten? – Für zuhause

3 Übungen für zuhause + Erklärung

Da manche nicht die Zeit oder das Geld für ein Fitnessstudio haben um zumindest etwas in Form zu kommen, kann man auch im Vorfeld zuhause trainieren und sich fit halten.

Hierzu stellen wir euch drei Übungen vor, welche den Großteil eures Körpers trainieren wird und ihr somit schon beginnen könnt Muskeln aufzubauen oder Fett abzubauen.

Beginnen wir also mit der ersten Übung, dem Liegestütz!

Jeder kennt diese Übung von der Schule oder mal vom hören her. Für diejenigen welche sie nicht kennen: Als erstes geht ihr in die Bauchlage und legt euch hin, die Fußspitzen werden aufrecht gestellt sowie als wolle man aufstehen, jetzt nehmt ihr beide Arme und platziert sie auf Brusthöhe und drückt euch ab. Dabei wird der Bauch mit angespannt, da sonst ohne Spannung die Übung abgefälscht wird und weniger effektiv wirkt.

Die Arme sollten vollstens ausgestreckt werden und die Spannung immer erhalten bleiben. Es spielt hierbei keine Rolle wie viele Wiederholungen ihr macht. Wichtig ist das man an die Grenzen geht und das mindestens 2 mal, damit ein Wachstumserfolg glückt. Dies könnt ihr jeden Tag tun und die Erfolge werden sich wiederspiegeln. Es ist nicht schlimm wenn man am Anfang nur 5 bis 10 schafft, dies erhöht sich exponentiell in den ersten Monaten.

Zur verdeutlichung hier ein Bild zur Ausführung

Die zweite Übung ist die Kniebeuge.

Hierfür geht ihr in den Stand, Beine stehen hüftbreit auseinander, Arme könnt ihr leicht anwinkeln und nun gehts auch los. Ihr geht mit beiden Beinen soweit runter wie ihr könnt und langsam wieder hoch. Auch hier solltet ihr immer eine Bauchspannung halten, diese wird sich aber mit der Zeit von allein einstellen.

Wichtig hierbei ist, dass ihr richtig atmet. Da das Blut meistens eher in den Beinen ist, wird bei Kniebeugen am Anfang ersichtlich, dass ihr ausser Puste kommt und euer Herz schneller schlagen wird und das Blut aus den Beinen in die Muskelpartien gepumpt wird. Dies ist völlig normal und für euren Körper ungewohnt bis es sich darauf eingestellt hat. Mit der Zeit steigt eure Belastungsgrenze und somit wird man dies auch nichtmehr spüren.

Als Anfänger kann man bis zu 90 grad hinunter gehen und dafür schneller sich wieder aufrichten. Als Fortgeschrittener kann man soweit es geht nach unten und das Ganze langsam! Ob Anfänger oder Profi, macht die Übung langsam vorallem beim ablassen, denn die exzentrische (ablassen) Bewegung bringt ersichtlich mehr als die konzentrische (heranziehen) Bewegung!

Hier ein Bild für die korrekte Ausführung:

Die Dritte und letzte Übung ist der „Crunch“. Diese Übung düften ebenso viele kennen aber hierbei werden wir etwas ändern. Die üblichen Crunches werden im Bild sichtbar:

Hierbei seht ihr das die Person nicht vollständig nach oben geht wie manche mal behaupten, dass dies notwendig sei. Es ist nämlich keines Wegs der Fall. Es reicht wenn ihr merkt, dass es sich anspannt und nach einer Zeit sollte ebenfalls ein brennen beginnen.

Diese Übung könnt ihr absolvieren aber unsere Variante wird die Beine als auch die Arme mit einbeziehen.

Ihr legt euch hierzu auf den Rücken, Eure Arme sind über eurem Kopf und die Beine beginnen zuerst die Spannung aufzubauen. Dann kommt der bauch und ihr zieht jetzt im selben Moment die Arme und Beine zu euch heran (konzentrische Bewegung). Danach lasst ihr langsam alles wieder in die Ausgangslage zurückkehren und wiederholt die Übung sooft ihr könnt. Wichtig ist das immer der Bauch angespannt wird!

Sollte der Druck im Bauch nachlassen, so werdet ihr eventuell ein Knacken in den Hüftknochen merken welches nicht schmerzhaft ist aber euch signalisieren kann, dass ihr etwas falsch macht! Ebenso könnt ihr merken, dass euer Lendenbereich eher schaukelt. Platziert daher ein Kissen unter die Lendenwirbelsäule, sollte es möglich sein eine Hand unten durchzuschieben.

Hierzu fand ich kein passendes Bild aber es sollte ersichtlich sein was gemeint ist. Die Variationen sind euch überlassen, da man in dieser Lage sehr viele Übungen absolvieren kann.

Diese 3 Übungen können und sollten zusammen absolviert werden. Einmal täglich wäre bereits großartig! Mehr als eine halbe Stunde bis maximal 45 Minuten sollte man innerhalb 24 Stunden finsen können. Nicht nur wird es eure Fitness verbessern sondern auch euer wohl sein.

As you can see todays topic will be the question of „Is it really useful to run for loosing weight“?

This question is not easy to answer because it depends on the program youre doing or if you have any health problems. So lets see if we can answer it more specifically!

If youre completely healthy and you want to go jogging in the morning to burn some extra calories, it should be fine to do so but it wont be really efficient. The reason for that is because your body needs to be empty of any glycemic energy which are stored in your muscles. If you start running in the morning to loose weight, than you would need to run 30 minutes atleast before your body starts of using fat cells. This is why starting a diet first would help loosing weight either than running.

The second point is, if your joints have any problems already, it will get worse if you start jogging. Many joint problems in the knees appear because of excessive jogging or running. Than there is the platform where you start running. If its just asphalt with the wrong shoes, you might get more damage in your knees than you like so be sure to use running shoes or a softer ground.

Besides the genetic and your eating aspects, its alright to say that jogging in the morning can help you to loose weight but heres a thing. If you would rather start using weightlifting to loose weight, you would be way more efficient! If you built muscle over time, your body will consume constantly energy even if you just lay or sit down and do nothing! This is great for men and woman.

If you want to loose weight really with running and not by weight lifting, than i would tell you to do a HIIT (High – Intense – Interval – Training)

This sort of training is as the name says „High intense“.This means the time you would jog (30 minutes or an hour) would be reduced to 15 minutes while the intensity gets doubled.

For a training like this you should start slow and not overdo it because otherwise your heart will get a lot of stress.

Heres how a jogging HIIT is done:

You start to slowly jog for 15 seconds and the other 15 seconds you start to run with full power as fast as you can. After these 15 seconds you wont stop but just begin to jog slowly again and after that, youll run again 15 seconds as fast as you possibly can. This will be repeated until the 10 minute or 15 minute mark is reached. If 15 seconds is too much for most beginners, you can jog 30 seconds and sprint 15 seconds, just to get more breath.

If you do this, your body will burn energy as well after your workout like weight lifting but not because you gained muscles, but because it uses a lot more energy than simply jogging.

You shouldnt do this training daily, specially as a beginner! Do it 3 times a week and start with 2 times and begin by warming up. The first couple times will be hell because your system needs to accept it but it will be worth it if you do it.
