Sleeping Problems ? This might Help

my tips for better sleep!

Hello there,

lets stay short here. You are here because you want to know what you can do against sleeping problems.

The first is to find the reason WHY you got them. Lets just say you dont know, so what can you do ?

  • Use melatonin pills. Its a natural built chemical in your brain to make you sleepy at night. One pill of 5mg should do the trick every night. And dont worry its safe and does not work like a sleeping pill
  • Minimize the blue light on your phone. The blue light from your phone or pc will reduce the natural melatonin production at night, making it harder for you to become sleepy at all
  • Use a breathing method. Take deep breaths until you feel sleepy and relaxed
  • Try to avoid naps during the day. It might change your inner sleeping cycle
  • Do something that relaxes your nerves

I myself recommend only using melatonin because it works pretty well but can be expensive. So try the rest first, otherwise take it.

This list is my own collection of what i found is the best to get sleepy quick and safe for every age. If you got anything else, please let me know.
