this short blog will tell you why its useless to dream when youre unconscious inside of them.
The first reason is because youre not experiencing anything useful due to absense of consciousness. This means that it wont have any substance when you wake up.
Second of all, most of the dreams are pure rubbish of things you did earlier in the day.
If youre conscious inside your dreams and not on auto pilot, you can try travelling astral. Thats why only normal dreams are useless. Lucid dreams are mostly useless as well but the lucidity comes in handy.
Dreams are okay if you want to have fun. If you can bring yourself back to conscioussness, you might experience memorys which are definetly better.
Walking around on auto pilot in the dream world is pretty much nonsense when we summarise it. You dont have any control over yourself and what you do, you cant decide what will happen next and you cant learn anything either due to absence of…….
