todays short blog is about dream dangers and if such things actually exist.
I dont think that many have considered dreams to be a dangerous place or consider them as important at all. Most of us dont really care.
So how about things inside the dream which could be harming while walking around consciously ?
Of course it depends on the dream but lets make this clear. Psychological threats are way intense than physical inflicting threats. Specially in the dream worlds it can be pushed to levels of emotional terror which might shake your physical body awake out of fear.
But what could be such an emotional threat to anybody and in what kind of dream ?
First of, the threat will only work inside the dream. It will not have any effect after you wake up. So what could be a huge terror for someone conscious in their dreams ? Well one of the things i experienced was the time delay in dreams. One hour in the real world can be a hundred hours in the dream world. So if youre inside a dream where the time is delayed, which is mostly the case but you dont know it. It might become a nightmare when the plot is all about monsters and psychological horror. Some dreams are structered in a way where you cant escape or wake up until the time is run out or if you found the way out. Now you might ask hows that possible, well we dont know anything about the other worlds and dreams and what else is out there.
However this is how to get out if you should be in such a case and dont know what to do while being conscious. If youre unconscious, nevermind.
So the first thing you will notice is that the scenes change rapidly and you might hear voices in your dream. Some of them overlap and create a form of screen in front of your vision. The voices are from the overlapping dream scenes where the people talk either near you or to you. So what happens is that the trap is created as a vision goggle or sun glasses which need to be taken down by you. These „glasses or lenses“ are sitting on top of your vision but you cant take them down by hand or force.
So what can you do to wake up ?
If you have a nice dream, why wake up ? Enjoy it because such dreams where you cant leave for a long time happen very rarely.
If its a bad dream, you must convince yourself that its all just bullshit. Convince yourself that all the stuff is useless and that you dont give a damn about its plot and terror. Having no fear is the key here. When you did it, you will notice that something comes out of your eyes. A sort of liquid glass with still playing scenes which are now in your hands and slowly dissolve.
With that, the scenery will probably end and you will wake up. Noticing that only a few hours had passed.

Hallo zusammen, Astralreisen eignet sich für absolut jeden. Es sollte nicht mal als etwas supernatürliches betrachtet werden, da es das nicht wirklich ist.
