Hello there,
todays question is what causes the biggest mess inside of you, so that you cant astral travel at all.
The biggest reason is overthinking. I mean what do you read when you search for it in forums ? „DONT DO IT DEMONS CAN TAKE YOU OVER“ or „Its very dangerous so dont do it“ or „You cant come back“ or whatever bullshit you can find about it. ALL of that is pure chaos and misinformation to disturb your mind. Many of them are religious crap talkers and so on.
As a child, some had the ability to go astral without even thinking about it. The reason for that is because as a child, there was no overthinking or doubts or fears about such things. But as an adult with adult problems it can easily get to you and sabotage your progress or ability.
And its even harder to get it out of your subconsiousness when it began to consume your mind with doubts. So stop eer overthinking or fearing any of it.
Your body cant be taken over by anything and neither will god punish your actions … I mean seriously, who believes such crap as the last sentence at all ? …
STOP overthinking, it really destroys a lot of dreams, not just the ability for astral travel …
