what is the use of meditation for astral travelling and lucid dreaming ?
I will hold myself short on this one because there are many factors which have a benefit to those 2 subjects.
So the first and in my opinion the best benefit is the energy conserve which your mind gets to keep from the meditation. We think and overthink things way to often and when you meditate, those thoughts will get less and lesser and the energy you used for that can be used to achieve faster results in astral travel and lucid dreaming. Furthermore, you will have lesser headaches and stay calm on stressful situations.
The second thing which can be seen and felt is that your mind becomes more opened to other things and doesnt stay cramped in the circle of thoughts.
And the last thing is, that when you do meditations often enough, it can work as a method to directly induce astral travel and lucid dreaming in sitting positions. This would be the crown of the meditation because thats whats actually really for! Meditation itself was invented to calm ones mind but it happened that there was way more than just that.

Does anything drain the astral body energetically?
You probably meant what hinders you from astral travel when the energy level in your astral body is low.

Our astral body itself doesnt need energy to do anything besides ourselves, the soul (which has unlimited energy). But our physical body of flesh needs energy! And with energy i mean the cosmic or planetary energy which can be loaded while meditating and relaxing/sleep (in meditation way more!).
This energy form is like a booster to the switching point when the body’s are changed in the night and for the physical body to have energy for the coming day. So to answer the question, the more you use your physical energy up – the more problems you will have to get out because you will not have any energy to spare. I wanted to make sure that everybody knows: Karma does not exist!
There is no one who will harm and punish you for your deeds on earth or any other planet. It doesnt matter if you kill someone or do harm to others! After death there will be no heaven nor hell or any judgement. But dont get it wrong, someone with a high level of awareness wont do harm to others.. at least not if you dont bother them 😄
So dont worry if you fear the grudge of god, there is none.
The only one who can do harm and punish you is yourself because you might feel guilty of what you did and because of that you want to return to earth to „do good“ (But it wont do anything for you).
Be sure to get „attacked“ after your death if you should follow a certain path which emitts light towards you. Many will try to convert you to go back and do better in life (trap), so be ready.
The universe balances energys but it doesnt punish anything, it simply does its work and the only one who judges good and bad, is you.
If there is war than there will be peace. If there is love than there will be hate somewhere else. If there is light than somewhere will be darkness!

You may think that this question sounds weird because it doesnt make sense, but let me explain what the matrix really is.
The matrix is a „cell“, a being, an organism that is placed upon a planetary biosystem. You could call it an invisible cage around everything that exists on this planet and dimension. How far it stretches and how strong it acts upon you, is decided on how much conscioussness you’ve got.
The more you know about it, the more it advances against you and lures into traps of your ego.
It doesnt only exist on earth but on several other planets as well, which are low swinging in frequency. This matrix net eats and consumes negative energy because it is the cheapest and most – energy -consuming – energy available on the planet. You could say its dirty money with no consequences to itself.
The matrix causes people, partners and whatever who is unaware about it, to get negatively fast. And by this i mean every negative emotion and thought. The only way to truly know that the thoughts you talk off your mouth are really YOURS, is to be conscious at all times. It can only manipulate if your on autopilot/ dream alike state of mind.
This being together with the ego – is a super complex system to support itselfs energy supply without your notice. Many people, and with that i mean over 90% the population, dont know about the existence and manipulations on the ethereal levels.
Since the matrix supports negative energy, it supports negative acts from everything that lives on the planet. This means that many who do harm are mostly on top positions and those who like to help and create a better world, meet their end quite fast. This is because the matrix hates love. It cant stand it and because of this fact, it will try to bring lovers apart, partners to fight and many things more. It knows when it succeeds, that its system is working and it can go on like that. But the biggest reason is the negative emotion that can be dragged out of both people who cant see each other and suffer.
When you suffer, you release emotion. When the emotion is bad, it will be consumed and advanced to get more, if your unconscious mind lets it happen. If the emotion is good, it will hurt the matrix.

Our smartphones and computers are special designs to dull our heads and specially our pineal gland with the help of phone radiation.
A smartphone has a square design which gets pin pointed to our face and in the best case, to our forehead when it gets held down while looking at it.

The directed energy waves are created through something that we cant explain yet. Energetically, its a mix that responds trough the internet and is transferred via phone display, to our brain.

The people who are placed under this radiation feel a strong tightness between their eyes. In today’s blog i want to share a dream which ive had few months ago ..
I stood suddenly in a darker area with few dark clouds and an upcoming fog.
Out of nowhere, a huge cathedral building came up from the ground which had a giant clock in the center, but without pointers.
I was standing inside with the blink of an eye.
The floors were dark and empty .. i looked smiling left and right and heard a scream which seemed to be far away but i didnt cared about it.
I knew that something was strange about it.
The floors were made out of wood and every door was locked and the walls were clean in the middle sections.
A door opened while i was slowly walking down the left floor and i realised that there was no exit anymore.
How did i got in again? I was probably in the sixth floor which i could see from a window.
The place looked beautyfull from above i thought.
The door which opened had a cell phone and a small clear bed inside. It started to ring and i took it fast up, because i knew that the „others“ shouldnt hear the sound.
Someone was talking to me like im their friend. I seemed to be a girl i thought but i wasnt sure. She said „quick close the door theyre coming“ and she hang up.
Well i wasnt scared to be honest and after she said it, i could hear loud screams which definetly were monsters.
I walked to the door and looked down the floor to see what was happening there, it seemed empty but suddenly i changed my view and was above the floor and i saw a few monsters coming up the stairs.
I was back in the room and i walked to the left were the monsters came across.
I saw the stairs and now was standing there, but where are the monsters? Did they left?
I heard a loud scream at my back. It was a girl with a white dress which you might know from one or other horror movie.
That bitch was flying around and screaming without reason. I knew that SHE was the girl on the phone.
I didnt cared anymore and suddenly she stood in front of me. She didnt looked scary and said that i shouldnt go down there while she left laughing.
I smiled and went down.
The scene changed.
I was now in a area which i couldnt leave easy anymore and i knew that because of the evil energy which was coming from there .. + i didnt knew that it was a dream.
That place was even darker now and all doors were open. The walls seemed dirty and some sort of dark energy’s were coming out of every door.
The floors were full of evil beings and i was just standing and slowly walking around.
The stairs behind me didnt existed anymore, neither was there any window left.
A monster came out of the room and i thought maybe it will attack me, but instead it just stared at me and backed of slowly.
Was i that scary ? Well no i was not! I just had no fear!
The monster looked like a giant ugly shaped ….thing which had two dark eyes. It screamed loud but did nothing else.
I noticed that it couldnt get out fully of the room. Maybe they were banned to that place i thought.
So i went down the floor and looked left and right to alle other rooms but without touching anything.
One being was uglier than the other and they all smiled at me when i stuck my head in the room.
Some rooms seemed to be lightend and still dark.
Now you may ask yourself why i was smiling and laughing trough the halls ? Well maybe im the monster?
I simply knew that nothing could harm me at all, only scare me really REALLY bad if i let it happen.
The time was about right to loose the mind in such a place when im honest, but the more i walked down, the funnier it got.
I started to really laugh loud and held door rooms while laughing at the faces of these beings. I couldnt stop and the funny thing was not their ugly face, but their weakness in reality.
I understood that none of them could do anything, not even hit me or else as long as i had zero fear in myself.
Suddenly they started to get pissed off and while i was laughing, three of them came out of their rooms and (yes now they were really outside) the floor became very dark blue, nearly pitch dark blue and i still laughed but a bit less.
I looked at them and came few steps forth while all three looked at me with their yellow glowing eyes. Theyve had no shape anymore.
I asked „and now what ? What youre gonna do?“ and i started to laugh again while i pushed them against the wall telepathically. They just stood there and two more came up..
I walked further down the floor without giving a damn. I thought its enough playtime for now.
I looked a final time back and noticed that the entire floor was filled with them, just staring at me.
Another stair appeared and i wanted to go down. Now the monsters from the floor stood behind me and looked.
I asked „What do you guys want ?“ but they didnt said anything back, nor did they smile.
I didnt cared anymore and went down.
The scene changed again.
Now i was flying above a very long and wide underground area which i knew, was within the building.
But something was very wrong about that place. The place was first enlighted and normal but i was just one floor and i seemed to fly away from something.
A dark „something“ was coming from every direction and it made the place became very dark.
I started to get scared a bit but than i got a bit of my consciousness back and knew, nothing could hurt me.
Suddenly that thing dissapeared and but i was still a bit panicking..
„Where is the damn exit??“ I thought loud..
I changed my view and saw that this place was the ground floor of the building but it was somehow on a different dimension which told me that there was no possible escape.
I saw where i was standing and how much darkness i needed to pass trough to exit. The stairs were gone and if i would went back to the floor of monsters, they surely would sense my slight fear and enhance it to fuck me up xD
I lost my consciousness again and that thing appeared, which hunted me again.
The place was filled with darkness now, and i realised something.
That „thing“ was actually the exit.
So i was still unconsious but i knew what i needed to do.
I visualised the shattering of the dimension and the darkness and my view broke to thousand shards of glass.
My consciousness was switching out of the scene and i saw the frozen and broken place one last time, before i woke up.
