Pros and Cons of being famous

Hello there,

Now i know a lot of people wish they would be famous so all theyre problems would go away but thats not the case. Being famous is one thing, making money of being famous is another thing.

Lets keep it short.

Pros:

  • you have a lot of options to make money of the fame
  • you can meet people which are not easy to meet such as other celebs
  • you have alot of fans to support you and again, make more money
  • you get special treatment wherever you go such as faster visas, free food or other things
  • you have paparazzis which make constantly fotos of you (I dont think thats a good thing but many may like it)
  • you get the feeling of being important to others or be more worth than someone else ( Again, not sure if that can be seen as a good thing to think that youre higher in value than another human)
  • you get recognized everywhere

Cons:

  • you cant do average things that other can because you get recognized
  • you have no privacy, everywhere you go there will be a camera or someone watching you
  • your status can and will attract a lot of fake people or friends
  • you will be surrounded by peope which want your money and your demise
  • you will be always judged by other celebs and your fans and have to behave a certain way
  • being famous can attract stalkers and unwanted people (happens very often)
  • you have to be actually on your guard when it comes to money and wealth keeping
  • people will try to take advantages of you by making pictures in which you look bad to create drama which again leads to money for themselves
  • you will have a really hard time finding true friends
  • you cant walk down the street without disguise or bodyguards because people will surround you and stick a cam in your face

That covers most of the stuff.

My Killing Adventures and so on

Hello there audience,

this is the care taker from the mountains. Today i would like to share a few of my best moments while i chew some human meat fresh from town.

It was a very success summer for my food rations. A lot of tourists entered my hunting area. I thought i was about to loose my food and jump to raw animals again but no. I got more of the dumb people which hear the news about constant dissapearings and show themselves just to dissapear as well.

I must say that human flesh from young bodys are the best. Specially from woman. They taste like chicken wings when i season them with animal fat and blood from the cows.

But how do i prepare them ? How do i keep the bodys and why hasnt anyone found me yet ? Well because there is no one alive to tell the story! hahahaha! That makes me laugh out loud.

First of, its easy to hunt humans. Most of them are so trustworthy when i show up as a hitch hiker who lost his dog a moment ago. And after some of them offer me help. I just hit them with my cleaver straight in their necks… Of course theres always yelling and screaming but that stops when i hit them the second time and chop their head off. Now resistance is always there but this is MY hunting area. There are always traps in which they fall from panic. In the end they always die and i drag their bodys along the paths back to my special room 😉

I got even hit once and a group of five people had me but they made a mistake. They didnt tied my hands good enough and i could escape and than kill them all when they tried to run for it. It was truly one hell of a fun night to cut them to pieces and drink their blood. Very fresh blood gives me the feeling of being a normal person again. In the end im faster and stronger than any human ..

You know i wasnt always like this, killing people and eating them. I was just out of meat one day and my body parts were rotting too. So i needed parts to replace them and using animal parts wasnt any good. I needed to be exotic and use the skin of beautiful young woman and children, the strong arms of black men and children faces to sometimes become a clown for my victims. So they would get scared and mke more mistakes. Specially at night. But thats another story.

I kill my prey when they are in terror or have completely trust in me. Like this the fun gets always to its max. Im about to change my left arm and back muscles again with the meat i have stored from that summer in my fridge.

I need to prepare the instrument while i eat some more human flesh. Excuse me but i got to go now. Gotta clean the computers keyboard too now. Everywhere blood and hairy skin..

So this is what youll do with it:

How to meditate for beginners

Simple Guide for Meditation (Beginners)

Hello there,

If you want to start meditating but surely not know how, then this might help you out.

Lets hold it short and easy.

First, you dont need a special position with your body to „bring cosmic light“ into your body. So choose a position youre comfy with and take a pen.

After you found your position, hold the pen in one arm, close your eyes and hold onto the pen. Now to start the meditation, blink once for every thought that comes infront of you. Yes, you blink the thought away! After a while, you will start to become dizzy and sleepy, this will cause to lesser blinks/ thought dissruptions and you might fall into sleep.

Here comes the pen to the game. Once you start falling to sleep, your hand opens and the pen drops to the floor, waking you up and letting you do the same process again.

It will work really well for out of body experiences as well, if you continue of course daily. Fifteen minutes is alright for the first, but you can do more if you like.

Dissrupting thoughts is a method to get clear in the head and stop the flooding. You might tap into new areas of yourselve by doing it seriously and daily. I for myself use this method to shut the part down, that thinks the whole time.. Uses way too much energy for bullshit 😄

The Pit of Bad Mood -Tips

What you can do against bad moods besides distraction

Dont we all know those moments where we wake up in a bad mood ? Or where you get yourself from nowhere to a bad mood ?

Today ill show you how to get out of those day ruining moments.

The pit doesnt need to be there in the first place. But how do we do it ? The thing is that many people dig a hole where nothing except exhaustion can be found. If you find yourself in a bad mood out of nowhere or get pissed at little things, this is what i want you to do:

  • Say loud STOP and rearrange your thoughts you currently have. A moment ago you had no bad mood, ask yourself what the reason is. If you did, than ask yourself if it is worth it but do it really as if you talk to yourself. What use could you have from being in a bad mood ? Are the reasons because of your work, your kids or something else ? GOOD! Ask yourself now if you can change it and do it. If you cant change it, accept it but dont think about it. However, 99,9 percent of your problems are all solvable. The reason for that is beause if you die, all those supposed problems will be gone. They all exist in your mind because for whatever reason, you decided to be pissed or be in a bad mood in such moments. The bad moods you have are end results of your inner conflicts with the outer world which only exist when you have decided so.

If you would consciously think before getting angry or moody, you would definetly decide not to. Many of us however dont think or exercise in such way, thats why we land in such pits. And if youre already inside, its often not easy to get out. Only if you say loud stop and re-think what happend.

Got Food poisoned ? This might Help!

A few tips of how to behave when youre food poisoned.

So many of us had atleast once a food poisoning in their lifes and we all know how bad it can get. This is what you can and should do if its really serious.

  • Drink a lot of water. In the upcoming hours of a food poisoning, you will vomit a lot of water out of your system. The body does that to ged rid of all the bacteria. Do not use medications to prevent the vomiting or rushing to the toilet. If you do, the risk of getting seriously ill is very high. The bacteria will spread through the entire body and could cause organ damage.
  • Eat when you feel ready but avoid heavy and fatty foods. They will make you feel worse. Start with small broths or stomach calming tees.
  • Get as much rest as you can. Walking around will be either painful or annoy your body with a weird feeling sensation to stop. The pain will be in your stomach because it aggressively pushes water in your colon to flood the bacteria from your body. This can be sometimes really intense, causing cramps for hours with a lot of pain.

But what if the poisoning is serious ?

  • You will see through the color of your vomit or diarrhea how serious it is. The vomit should be just watery with gastric acid depending on how much you already vomited. The diarrhea becomes red which indicates blood and it wont stop for over three days. However you should see a doctor immediatley when you see red. DONT WAIT 3 DAYS !
  • In a serious poisoning, your temperature goes up to 38 to 39 celsius which is measured in your mouth.
  • You cant stop vomiting. Everything you drink or eat gets thrown out after a few moments.
  • You feel dizzy and completely dehydrated.

In a serious poisoning you should go to the hospital and not take anything until you know whats going on. Theres nothing you should try at home in such cases.

Today i will talk about health and how to increase it naturally on daily basis.

So lets say a persons overall feeling is bad, the negative emotions stagger and he/she wants to change that. What can they do ?

First the person needs to know from where the negativity is coming from. Is it from work ? From a negative person surrounding you ? From your self worth center to become like the influencer you saw on instagram ? From your excess body weight ? From your constant repeating life ? Or is it maybe because you dont really know why you are here and doing all this ?

This question needs to be answered first but lets make it easier and pin point a certain thing that everybody can change. These certain things are what you eat and how much exercise youve got weekly. Many factors play a role on how you feel, specially your food and exercise. So if youre a person who doesnt want to exercise but rather lessen your mood swings, a change in diet would work well. But for a person who exercises with a bad diet, things will not change. The exercising person NEEDS even more minerals and vitamins to balance the loss.

So what i mean shortly ? You have to change either your diet, start to work out and change unhealthy patterns such as smoking, drinking and sitting somewhere dark the whole time. The majority of people are heavily vitamin D deficient besides many other things. The biggest problem however is that without a healthy diet and sports, the body has no choice but to react in bad moods and doubt the host. You could say that your body doesnt like your behaviour towards it.

Besides dieting, a workout plan and sun walks, you can use supplements to replenish the lost nutrients. It is needed definetly when you work in a dark enviroment for several hours over years. Besides supplements, you can use special mixtures or natural extracts to decrease your weight and waste which has built up over the years.

The bad moods and negative thoughts will become way lesser when you start to better the situaton of your body. And if negative thoughts are your problem, than consider meditation. Interrupt these thoughts constantly for fifteen minutes daily and you will see results soon through out the day.

And please consider none of those „Anti stress bad mood pills“ which you can buy online. Its all a scam. Try to recover your body and mind first and if that didnt helped, there might be a deep psychological issue that needs to be answered.

Why astral travel and lucid dreams wont work

When does it not work?

Hello all,

in todays blog we will discuss why astral travelling and lucid dreaming wont work, if you get thrown out of your deep sleep.

So lets say you are trying the methods we had brought up like the one where you need to wake up at 2:00 in the morning and stay awake for 30 minutes. This method will work often and not work often as well because when you get interrupted by your timer and youre in the deep sleep phase, you might just go back to sleep and your concentration might by totally disrupted to try.

So the best time to try is when your body would automatically wake up in the night on a time which you need to find out. This can be individually different and the time is not the key point here but the moment youre awake and being able to further let your body sleep.

For example: you are not allowed to sleep 9 hours and than try it out, its not going to work because your body is already finished with sleeping and it wont go back to the deep sleep so easy. So you need a time in between those 9 hours and you can decide upon this time frame, which moment would be the best. Try to look at the time the first two trys and see when you woke up and place your timer on that time.

You will need to experiment a bit and find out when the best time is for you to try. Otherwise if you interrupt your deep sleeping phase, it wont work due to many factors but mostly because you wont to back there so easy which in the end wont let you slip away from the physical body.

What takes the most energy from the astral body ?

Does anything drain the astral body energetically?

You probably meant what hinders you from astral travel when the energy level in your astral body is low.

than you would know but lets make it clear.

Our astral body itself doesnt need energy to do anything besides ourselves, the soul (which has unlimited energy). But our physical body of flesh needs energy! And with energy i mean the cosmic or planetary energy which can be loaded while meditating and relaxing/sleep (in meditation way more!).

This energy form is like a booster to the switching point when the body’s are changed in the night and for the physical body to have energy for the coming day. So to answer the question, the more you use your physical energy up – the more problems you will have to get out because you will not have any energy to spare. It is comparable with the start of an engine while the battery is running really low. And do not mistake food as an cosmic energy source for your physical body, it is not!

What is a good way to ensure that your body can handle toxins and other chemicals well enough, so you dont get sick?

We are talking about how your BODY as a system can handle the situations and not single organs.

In order to become stronger to harmful toxins, the body must come into contact with small doses and realise whats going on.

So eating only healthy food the entire time might cause a weaker overall body defense then someone who eats atleast once a weak something ‚unhealthy‘.

It is like injecting a toxin in your body for training. Without training against diseases, the body becomes faster ill over small things.

The balance is key! Trying to eat always healthy may increase a weak defense against a lot of problems inside the body when it comes to bacteria and else.

Note that the body is not able to defend against everything and that you shouldnt eat toxic plants or chemicals just to train your system. Instead, take a bath in mud or walk barefoot – this will help not to only keep your cold feet warm, but to slowly adapt to enviromental changes.

Got pain along your spine and back? This will Help!

A trick to help your back pain

Hello there,

Today i will tell you one easy and probably the best way to solve your spine pain, but first a little explanation.

Often the pain becomes unbearable when the muscles spasm and wont relax anymore. A spasmed muscle than puts pressure on the nerves or only on one big nerve which starts to shoot like electricity to your legs or arms and fingers.

Now first of, when something across your neck or lower back starts an electric pain, go to a doctor and do a MRT (Magnetic Resonance Tomography) to ensure that your Intervertebral discs are okay.

If they are not, than this technique will only take away the pain for a certain time because the stability of your spine is damaged and so the pressure of your body will be carried more by the muscles which overtime, causes the same problem if your habits of your daily life arent changed (start to do sport).

But i have to say, in some cases in my therapy sessions, the discs got somehow healed after we did over 45 sessions, so dont be discouraged!

Anyway, if your discs are fine and you only got spasms along your entire body, this trick will help you out!

So here’s what you’ll do:

You either go to the beach or somewhere you can find – light -spikey and rounded rocks. Take 6 of them home, they dont need to be big. After cleaning, lay yourself on the floor or somewhere hard. Now you place the rocks on those points where your highest pain appears. Note that you never should place them directly on your spine but on your muscles!

The first 5 minutes will be hell! The harder your spasms, the more pain will appear – the deeper you go. After few minutes those pain points inside your muscles will dissapear and the healing process will start overnight.

What this trick does is: By pressuring the trigger points in your muscles, your brain starts to notice a change inside the area (the pressure and pain in this case) and sends out signals to relax it. After you let go of those points, they will not spasm again for the day until you work or do some stupid stuff that you shouldnt do like moving heavy objects and so on.

This trick can be done on all muscle points in your entire body and trust me, it will help you out a lot and you wont need chiropractics.

Do this daily and your pain will become less and lesser but be aware that it might cause double or tripple pain in the first days because your body doesnt unterstand completely what you did there. It will be treated like a wound and become a wound if you put too much pressure on it (rather like a blue dot), so regulate the pressure you put on yourself by moving up and down and trying different poses.

And one more thing, do it maximum 30 minutes daily and dont overdo it + dont try to work because your body will already work with the stuff you just did, otherwise the therapy will take longer.

Explaining the pros and cons of jogging + HIIT -Training

As you can see todays topic will be the question of „Is it really useful to run for loosing weight“?

This question is not easy to answer because it depends on the program youre doing or if you have any health problems. So lets see if we can answer it more specifically!

If youre completely healthy and you want to go jogging in the morning to burn some extra calories, it should be fine to do so but it wont be really efficient. The reason for that is because your body needs to be empty of any glycemic energy which are stored in your muscles. If you start running in the morning to loose weight, than you would need to run 30 minutes atleast before your body starts of using fat cells. This is why starting a diet first would help loosing weight either than running.

The second point is, if your joints have any problems already, it will get worse if you start jogging. Many joint problems in the knees appear because of excessive jogging or running. Than there is the platform where you start running. If its just asphalt with the wrong shoes, you might get more damage in your knees than you like so be sure to use running shoes or a softer ground.

Besides the genetic and your eating aspects, its alright to say that jogging in the morning can help you to loose weight but heres a thing. If you would rather start using weightlifting to loose weight, you would be way more efficient! If you built muscle over time, your body will consume constantly energy even if you just lay or sit down and do nothing! This is great for men and woman.

If you want to loose weight really with running and not by weight lifting, than i would tell you to do a HIIT (High – Intense – Interval – Training)

This sort of training is as the name says „High intense“.This means the time you would jog (30 minutes or an hour) would be reduced to 15 minutes while the intensity gets doubled.

For a training like this you should start slow and not overdo it because otherwise your heart will get a lot of stress.

Heres how a jogging HIIT is done:

You start to slowly jog for 15 seconds and the other 15 seconds you start to run with full power as fast as you can. After these 15 seconds you wont stop but just begin to jog slowly again and after that, youll run again 15 seconds as fast as you possibly can. This will be repeated until the 10 minute or 15 minute mark is reached. If 15 seconds is too much for most beginners, you can jog 30 seconds and sprint 15 seconds, just to get more breath.

If you do this, your body will burn energy as well after your workout like weight lifting but not because you gained muscles, but because it uses a lot more energy than simply jogging.

You shouldnt do this training daily, specially as a beginner! Do it 3 times a week and start with 2 times and begin by warming up. The first couple times will be hell because your system needs to accept it but it will be worth it if you do it.

There are many benefits to start a diet. Is it just to loose weight or to be more healthy and feel better.

Today i will tell you 6 benefits of a diet.

Nr.1 Loosing weight.

A diet is always to be considered when wanting to loose weight. Even if you dont want to, you will begin to loose often a few pounds because once youve startedbeating healthy, your body will get rid of excessive amounts of salt and water which leads to the loss in the very first months.

Nr.2 Heart health increases

Yes the health of your heart will increase too! Many people die of heart strokes, heart failures and heart attacks due to their unhealthy lifestyle. Eating healthy would decrease such cases drastically. As well eating healthy can lead to reduced blood pressure.

A good start to increase your heart health would be: eating whole grains, vegetables and fruits, choosing fat free or low fat dairy products and limit saturated/trans fat intake such as fatty meat products or milk products.

Nr.3 Better mood

In 2016, researchers had found a connection between high glycemic loads which may trigger depression and fatigue. A meal with high glycemic loads are mostly refined carbohydrates like white bread, cakes, soft drinks and other high sugar loads. Veggies and fruits contain lower levels of glycemic loads even if some fruits might be really sweet. The body uses fruits and veggies differently in the body while the refined food is converted mostly to sugar.

You will notice a mood change once youve started your diet in the first few weeks already.

Nr.4 Improved memory

Dieting may help you maintain good cognition and brain health. Eating the following can help: Vit.D, C and vitamin E, Omega 3 fatty acids and fish.

Nr.5 Reduced Cancer risk

Eating foods which contain antioxidants can help your body to reduce the risk of getting cancer. Antioxidants not only fight against cancer but are good for your cells as well because it prevents aging.

Phytochemicals which are found in fruits, veggies and nuts act as antioxidants. (Beta carotene, lycopene, vit A,E and C)

Nr.6 Strong bones and teeth + anti aging effect

A calcium and magnesium rich diet can help you to hold your tooth and bones healthy and to lower the risk of breaking them or loosing density. Woman which are pregnant should always consider a very rich amount of calcium and magnesium during pregnancy because it can lead to serious problems for the mother after, because her body will use the calcium in her own bones to structure the childs.

A diet with a balanced intake of everything and a rich amount of vitamin D, C, A and E will work as an anti aging agent for your body. You can surely increase your health by changing your diets until you found your best way.

Hello there,

Today we talk about the beginning of a diet and what does it actually mean. Many mistake a diet with fasting or not eating anything for a a while. Thats just a mistake.

A diet is a eating plan which needs to be structured individually for the individual body type to be effective.

This brings the conclusion that most of the diets out there are not fit for everybody, specially those who promise results in three weeks!

Of course i dont say that all diets wont work. There are many sorts of diets out there and for beginners, anything with the word „diet“ can help loose a few pounds.

The most tricky part to do a diet is to convince yourself and have the motivation going because it will not work as fast and easy as many often like to sell it.

Besides that, a diet plan should contain the amounts of calories which are allowed to take daily but this part is rather for the advanced people so dont count your calories as a beginner. Set yourself a calorie goal instead and try to reach it everyday. Otherwise you would sabotage your own progress!

After you set yourself the calorie goal, the hard part will begin. It starts with choosing the food you need to achieve your daily goal and to cut off processed food which contain too much calories and lesser filling effect to your stomach.

Try to remove all trans fats, high sugar and salt containing „food“. Now salt is needed but many of the food these days contain a lot which will do more harm to your body than good. (Too much salt binds water under your skin which makes you gain more weight)

Eat beans, lean meat, fruits and vegetables in a balanced way. More salads and nuts than sugar snacks or chips. Cook yourself and know whats inside your meal! This phase of the first two months will be the hardest and the urge to just give up will be high.

But i can assure you that after your system accepted the change, you will not stop anymore because you will feel 100% better, lighter and your mood will be changed too. You will get lesser angry and start more to enjoy and maybe even start to workout and set new goals for the future.

Dont ever give up in the first months because after the time you will thank yourself for doing it.

Hello there,

Many often ask themselves if theres a way of becoming healthy and fit by just eating healthy.

The truth is, without movement you wont become fit and without the right food you wont loose weight either.

Many try to sell expensive programs but mostly everything is available for free in the internet if you search good enough.

Now how can a overweight person start to become more healthier ?

When i started, i began to look inside my fridge first and read the backside of the food! Every single word that looked or sounded not natural, i wouldnt buy again! Words such as „Natrium-glutamat“ or all the stuff with a „E-“ number on it.

I did this for a few months and i noticed that i began automatically watching more and more and i felt different. I really had started loosing some weight even though i didnt wanted to. My goal was to just eat healthy and after i felt better, i began working out.

So the first step you can do is to go around in the supermarket and before you buy, to watch whats inside. You will be astonished of how much chemicals are inside of our „food“ these days which are only put in there to make us fat and unhealthy.

Now we come back to the first question of „Is there any food that can make someone healthy and fit faster?“

No there isnt! Any food despite being healthy or not will make you sick if you dont watch the dosis. You could eat ten kilograms of onion because it helps burning fat faster but after such a meal, there wont be anything healthy for you except a visit in the hospital.

Its not called „balanced diet“ without a reason. If you combine several foods together, each component will enhance flavor and effect on the body. It helps out a lot to loose weight or gain fitness and muscle.

Always start with watching your routine and what you put in your stomach.
